When you hear “What’s Up, Doc?”, who do you think of? That’s easy it’s Bugs Bunny!
A few weeks ago I had the chance to sit down and talk with Jessica Borutski, the artist selected to re-design the original cast of the Looney Tunes for the new Warner Brother’s show premiering this fall on the Cartoon Network…

This fall the Looney Tunes are back on the Cartoon Network, with 26 new half hour episodes with a fresh new look...
“The original Bugs and Daffy are beautiful designs that have been streamlined through the decades at Warner Brothers. So that was a tough one for me to figure out. I wanted to keep all the spirit of the characters without changing them dramatically.” Borutski.
Borutski gave them slightly different proportions that would emphasize things she had always liked about the characters. An example is Bugs’ feet, which were streamlined and made bigger.
Jessica turned to CanvasPop when she wanted to create a canvas picture for a special fan.

Can you spot the changes in this canvas picture?

Here's a sneak peak at a still from the new show....Be sure to catch the 26 new half hour episodes to see the changes

Vanishing points are everywhere just waiting to be captured. Yes, they’re everywhere! I came across this photograph which is just one from an amazing collection of vanishing point photography.
The idea of vanishing points actually dates back to the drawings of Renaissance artists Donatello and Masaccio. The vanishing point is a point in a perspective drawing or photograph to which parallel lines appear to converge. In your own photo collection have you ever just captured a great perspective shot? Are you just dying to share with others? Why not transform your photo into a custom canvas photo.
