Have you stumbled upon Eelco Roos’ iPhone-only photos on Instagram (he’s @Croyable)? We’re excited to feature his art this week on LTD. by CanvasPop. We think this Croyable print would look awesome in your living room or master bedroom. Swoon!
Where does Eelco get his inspiration?
“I have been photographing for years, but since I started mobile photography it has opened my eyes to a whole different universe. My iPhone is always with me, so I am always alert for nice scenes. I love to seek out singular subjects, lonesome joggers, bicyclists battling the elements. My family and I go out to the beach or forests almost every weekend and I consider nature to be my muse. After a nice day of finding angles and subjects, editing the pictures on my iPhone is like meditation, it calms me down and clears my head.”
Eelco Roos is a dutch photographer who discovered mobile photography in 2011 after buying his first iPhone and downloading Instagram. After a few months of practice he gained a great following and now has more than 197,000 Instagram followers who look out for his daily picture. His “Levee and Fog” series put his mobile photography on the map — from New York to Spain and back. He was listed as one of 19 must follow photographers on Instagram by The Huffington Post and is currently working on his first solo exhibition in the Hague.
