5 Travel Bloggers that Make Us Want to Hop on a Plane

different travel destinations around the world, beach palm tree

We’ve all dreamt of traveling the world…and not just once a year. We’re talking about completely immersing yourself in the beauty the world has to offer. Sipping on a cold drink on a beach in Bali. Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro with your closest friends. Carving powder in Whistler. Riding alongside South Africa’s wildlife for a safari adventure. Imagine that being a part of your everyday life. How many of us actually get to live that dream?

Seeing all the travel photos you print on canvas made us think of all the adventures we want to go on. So we did some perusing on the internet and found five travel bloggers whose jet-setting adventuring spark within us a little bit of jealousy and a lot of admiration. They’ll definitely inspire you to go on your next adventure and snap some awe-inspiring photos!

1. Nomadic Matt

Nomadic Matt makes frequent appearances atop “favorite travel bloggers” lists and it’s easy to see why. His website is a treasure trove of content for travelers who want to travel to the far reaches of the earth without breaking the bank. From finding cheap airfare to how to save for your trip, there’s no shortage of great information here. One thing we noticed is that he’s very fond of sharing other travelers’ photos, even more so than his own.

2. Expert Vagabond

Like most travel bloggers, Matt Karsten showcases some pretty stunning photos of the places he’s traveled to. That’s to be expected of course, but he also shares a lot of unique content like “Blessed By A Monk: My Magic Sak Yant Tattoo” and “How to Survive Cold Weather like a Polar Explorer”. After being on the road for more than 7 years, we think he’s definitely earned his name.

3. Ordinary Traveler

Christy Woodrow and Scott Calafiore started their blog back in 2009 to share their travels and love of photography. It has since grown to become one of the most popular travel blogs on the internet. The thing that makes them stand out from other travel bloggers is their belief that you can just be a regular person, someone who wants a family and home life without selling all your possessions to be a nomad, and live an extraordinary life exploring the world.

4. Stuck in Customs

Trey Ratcliffe’s otherworldly photos will make you stare in disbelief. You won’t find lengthy blog posts on how to save money or avoid scammers or other in-depth articles here, but that’s not the goal. What he focuses on his blog are beautiful HDR photos that make you want to book a plane ticket immediately and experience it in real life. That being said, his friendly and inviting tone will make you feel like you’re talking to a friend rather than a stranger on the internet.

5. Travel Break

Stephanie Be traded Corporate America for a life full of adventuring and globetrotting and has successfully turned it into a business. As a Latina travel and lifestyle blogger, she has done her part to redefine what a businessperson looks like. It’s not only about donning a suit and tie. After traveling to more than 40 countries, she has amassed a wealth of knowledge that she shares to help others step out of their comfort zone and realize their dreams, too.

What are you waiting for? Now it’s your turn to explore the world and snap your best moments!
